Booked this place for a small birthday gathering . Really good staff and food at a good price. I was happy with the arrangement. Everybody liked it. Ventilation/AC requires improvement.

Abhishek's behavior during our attempt to book this resort was beyond unacceptable. The hospitality industry should prioritize customer service, but this contact person failed miserably. Ignoring queries and avoiding phone calls is a shameful way to treat potential guests.

Loved the concept but the service and staff are terrible. Pool was not cleaned. No hot water in the room for all 2 days that we stayed. Room service forgets our orders and a simple water bottle takes an hour to come. They also fail to inform you that you need to hand over the key at reception when you're stepping out. The manager assumes he can demand first and then give explanation later. Poor management. They don't even have a feedback form or experience form to share feedback. I really want to go again provided they improve. There is so much room to improve. I wish they take this feedback as positive criticism.

We had a very nice event here. Resort manager, Manjunath was very cordial and all along worked with us for past several months to make our event successful. We had booked all rooms for 2 days for our event. Our relatives stayed and appreciated room arrangement. Many enjoyed large pool and had nice boat ride with kids. Staff were very helpful and approachable 24X7. They are coming up with gaming zone, that will give more entertainment options at resort. Thanks for making our stay very warm.

Booked this place for my anniversary. Initially the reviews and photos made me a little skeptical, but eventually I was pleasantly surprised with the kind of experience I had with Ezone Lagoon resort. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. In fact, the premium room is pretty swanky and it comes with a massive washroom which is clean, spacious and fitted with the most modern bathware. The plus point of this place is that every room has its own private pool entry area and a massive balcony where you can sit and chill with your near and dear ones. The resort is located in the heart of the city and one can easily reach here without any hassle whatsoever. Food and drinks are quite costly here but the advantage is that the resort authorities allow you to order food from outside. Also I would be more happy if there was a small activity area within the property for kids. Besides enjoying the comfort of the luxury rooms and the attached swimming pool, there's pretty much nothing else to do here.

Horrible n pathetic service, in rooms AC nor fans are working , nor even flush in wash room are working. Needed to change the rooms trice in 2 hours n after tht when I will chk out the resort the manager was so rude tht u can't stand a second. After tht even the CEO of the resort Mr Abhishek was so horrible tht the way he answered is on phone u can't even bear. When I checked out they said will return the amount back a day after, but not replied yet. Request you not to go at such resort.
